In 2016 I started FSOG (Fifty Shades of Gay) on the streets of Mumbai, with a whiteboard, a marker and one question for queer and trans people: in a fair world, what right would you want? It grew into a documentary project across eight cities, a support network with mental health and legal advisers, and a community of 100,000 people. Today it's Asia's only LGBTQIA+ digital space and a living archive of queer cultural history, featured in The Advocate. And I still moderate conversations on inclusion, from Hiring with Pride to International Asexuality Day.
